How can we Help?
Our advice service is a safe, confidential and non-judgemental service for people who have been affected by HIV and/or people who identify as LGBTQ+.
We offer a space where you have someone to talk to and to help you practically. This is not counselling. If you feel counselling would be of benefit to you, our advice worker can provide you with details of our free counselling service, or refer you to a relevant organisation.
Using the wellbeing outcome star, we can help you to recognise the areas where you might need support. Our key areas include sexual health advice, practical life issues and HIV disclosure. If we can not directly help then we will work with you to get the help you need from other services more suited to your needs.
